GYF has changed my life! I have multiple diagnoses including fibromyalgia, Diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, arthritis & others! My strength, agility, balance, energy and mental attitude have improved in giant steps & I am enjoying a much better quality of life. I love having Deron as a personal trainer and support also from the GYF community of many people in the program! Sign up now & you will never regret rit! PS You move at the pace that works for you & are always reminded by Deron to be mindful of your safety. ❤️

The best to reduce pain, fatigue, mobility and especially balance! I have great difficulty with balance. Without these workouts I’m quite sure I would be immobile! Thank you so much ! Virginia

I have been doing GYF on and off for over two years. The off has been because of medical problems. There is nearly every kind of home exercise you can imagine and Deron is a great, encouraging leader. I would encourage anyone to try out the free exercises to begin, but the monthly plans are very reasonable comparatively.I stay with Deron until no part of my body moves!!

I love this program. The way Deron starts each session with easy stretching, then working up to the workout, and finishing with meditation is relaxing. In the founders club membership, you can go from one type of workout to another. This can bring new energy and discipline to your mind and body. I would enthusiastically recommend "Grow young fitness" to anyone with limited mobility.

I was extremely overweight (BMI 55)and was referred to a bariatric clinic in Hamilton, ON. The start of the journey was to improve diet and mobility with the clinics guidance. I was searching for a free exercise program and found Grow Young Fitness. A PERFECT MATCH! I loved the chair exercises. I lost 40 pounds the first year before my surgery and went from using a walker to a cane. Now, after gastric bypass, and losing 150 lb I am able to walk 5 miles. Thank You Deron.
