Grow Young Fitness is the best program for exercise that I have ever found. It is easy to follow along with, fun, and its helped me build strength along the way! I would strongly encourage anyone especially arthritics to give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

Grow Young Fitness exercises has been a tremendous help with starting to regain my mobility. I am 72 years old and had become your typical couch potato. Needless to say I was in the worse shape of my life, but thanks to Deron's patience and overall caring disposition, I am on the road again to regaining my mobility.

This has been my “go to” exercise program, especially when the weather is bad and during the worst of the pandemic. These exercises have been perfect for when my arthritis flares and I can’t do more strenuous moves, but really need to keep it moving.. I’m grateful for this series because it is designed for my age and abilities. I’ve recommended it to friends and family and appreciate the variety so I don’t ever get bored. I like mixing them with the YMCA and Pilates.for a good week of motion despite being mostly home and sedentary.

Grow Young Fitness is Amazing!!!! I am 62 and I have copd and am overweight. GY exercises are something I am able to do. My breathing has improved and I have lost some weight. I have been a member for awhile but just started trying to be consistent in Jan 2022. Im not a person who has ever liked exercise but Deron makes it enjoyable and fun!!!!
