I can't think of any exercise that I have done on line that is better than this.I've been doing this program for seniors with Darren for over two yrs.Having chemo for six months,my balance was not good at all.Now my balance is very good , My knees are great.There are so many different exercise programs Darren has you dont get board. Can't say enough about it.'

This is a wonderful program to gain strength and flexibility and too loose weight also if that is your goal. I am now 80 years old and have been doing this almost daily for almost two years. I prefer early in the morning as it gets me going for the day, but, that is a personal choice.

I am a heart attack survivor and have been a member of Grow Young Fitness for over three years. I joined after my cardiac rehab ended. It provides the variety of exercises that I need including cardio, core, strength, and balance, very similar to what I was taught in cardiac rehab. The pace is good and the intensity of exercises can be adjusted to your needs whether it be targeting certain areas or ailments. All in the convenience of your home and at any time that fits your schedule. Deron is a great motivator to "keep you movin' ".

This is a great program! There are alot of different exercises to choose and it feels like you have your own personal trainer. They are always there to answer your questions.

As you all know when we get older and we quit working our bodies start changing. If we don't use them you get stiff, you lose your balance and you lose your strength. I think the 2 most important things as you grow older are your balance so you don't fall and break something and keeping your strength up. Who has tried to put a pair of pants on and started to fall over when you lift 1 leg off the ground or go into a public bathroom and the toilet is so low to the ground when you try to get up there's nothing to grab on to lift yourself off the seat. I am not going to be that woman that has to call 911 to get me off the toilet seat. I can't tell you how much I recommend this program. It is fabulous, there's something for everyone. If you can't start standing up, you can slowly get into it with the seated workouts. There is yoga, there's balance,.strength, there's walking, anything you can imagine to make your body strong again is in this program and it's easy and it's fast, there are very few workouts that go beyond 30 minutes even with the cool down and a warm-up.I bought the whole program for a 1 time fee and I pay a small monthly charge and it is the most worthwhile thing I've spent my money on it.I don't like to walk outside when it's extremely hot or cold, nor am I a fan of the gym. I work out all the time in the privacy of my home. And it has helped me tremendously! I sincerely hope you give this program a try you will love it and I love Deron for coming up with this He encourage us constantly, sends a text daily to make sure you're moving and doing something. I don't want to be the woman who's obituary reads, " died from a blood clot the travelled from her butt to her brain while she was sitting on the couch all day.
