LOVE the program. Starts “easy” and each workout is just a little bit harder. Monthly challenges keep accountability. There is no lack of different and varying workouts. It could literally take years to go through every workout. Nice tidbits of information during workouts and after workouts. Workouts seem to be the perfect length.

I’ve been a member of Grow Young Fitness for almost 4 years. I became inactive and gained about 30:pounds after foot and ankle surgery. My foot and ankle wasn’t strong enough for much walking or even bicycling. My self esteem was at a very low point when I came across advertisements for Grow You g Fitness.. Grow Young Fitness was perfect for me because of the significant amount of chair exercises, while getting aerobic activity too. The program is progressive and I healed and became stronger as the weeks went by. I lost weight and felt better about myself too. Deron’s education is in exercise science and nutrition. He’s particularly sensitive to the needs of senior citizens - of which I am one. I’ll be 73. If you’ve been wanting to do some exercise and/or lose weight, but can’t face the high endurance workouts out there, try Grow Young. It works and you won’t be disappointed.

Motivates me to exercise. Gets me moving which helps alliveate my arthtitis. Have recommended this program to my orthopedic doctor when he asked what I was doing to help rehab after knee replacement. Has helped rehab after a MVA. I really like the exercises that help all parts of the body without having to get on floor.

This program has really made a difference in the way I feel and look. I have lost pounds and inches. My clothes fit better and I am able to do yard work I had not been able to do in a long time. The monthly challenges help me to stay focused. You exercise at your own pace in the privacy of your home. I really like not having to get dressed and drive across town to a gym, paying money for equipment I don't use. Here, your body and some weights is all you need. Deron is great!
