I’ve been a member of Grow Young Fitness for almost 4 years. I became inactive and gained about 30:pounds after foot and ankle surgery. My foot and ankle wasn’t strong enough for much walking or even bicycling. My self esteem was at a very low point when I came across advertisements for Grow You g Fitness.. Grow Young Fitness was perfect for me because of the significant amount of chair exercises, while getting aerobic activity too. The program is progressive and I healed and became stronger as the weeks went by. I lost weight and felt better about myself too. Deron’s education is in exercise science and nutrition. He’s particularly sensitive to the needs of senior citizens - of which I am one. I’ll be 73.
