Tough session. I have been sedentary for about 3 weeks and it was HARD! Hopefully I will be able to recover some lost strength. What age is the usual client for these sessions?

I am now going into workout # 14 with some other special focused workout. This is an amazing well rounded program and very motivating along with interesting facts along the way and showing us what an actual pound of fat looks like. It is a lot bigger than I thought for sure. Geared towards seniors is a huge plus. So many incentives to "keep it MOVIN" !

enjoyed these workouts. my body is more agile. i would like to know what i should do next. I want to continue the last season to keep my body in movement. again excellent workout. thanks.

This is an excellent program I have used for years. The exercise sessions are well sequenced and it is a real plus to have excellent customer service.Due to health issues, my endurance levels vary. This program is so flexible. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness.
