I love Grow Young Fitness. Deron makes exercise fun and when I had to quit walking because of hip problems I felt very fortunate to start the program. I can choose from hundreds of different workouts from yoga to boxing to strength workouts so I can increase muscle and lose more weight. I would recommend this program to anyone with any condition of fitness.

I very much enjoy doing my workout every day with Grow Young Fitness.. For many years I went to the gym and worked out with a group. 3 days a week.But I prefer Grow Young because I can do it any time of the day every day if i want to and i can take it on vacation with me.. I like being able to choose the different programs Devon offers and the personal encouragement he gives me. I've lost 35 lbs on his program

Almost my four year anniversary with Grow Young Fitness.I am 69, and my balance has improved plus lifting 5 lb weights over my head, now easy.My favorite is Cardio, so I am not huffing and puffing outside on my walks or working, getting my heart rate up.
