This is the best program for seniors like me. I will be 71 next month, and I work full time in a grocery store, so I’m pretty active. But I find that systematically going through the exercises, I am gaining muscle mass, balance and strength. I feel like Deron really understands seniors and knows how to lead us through the program, no matter what medical problems we may have! I recommend this program to all seniors who want to get themselves back into a good life!

I'm usually not into this kind of thing and I don't stay very long. But this workout program for seniors is really good and not hard. I am finished with my first season and starting my 2nd season. Deron makes it fun to do and it is very good for me to exercise. I wouldn't do any exercise if it weren't for GrowYoungFitness. You can join the one that you pay only one payment of $25 and you can try it out. I did that and then joined permanently. So glad I did!!!! I had two rotator cuff surgeries one on each shoulder a year apart and this is really helping me recover.

The variety of workouts is great. Many have several session and intensity gradually increases as you go through them. Many different positions and movement levels from a chair to standing and some with hand weights. I am 72 and had a spinal fusion 7 months ago. These workouts have improved my balance, endurance, flexibility and reduced most of the tension in my lower back. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness.
