I LOVE these workouts.I’m 77 years young, and even though I take a Zumba class twice a week at the YMCA, I do your workouts in between.Deron you have such a great attitude, so positive & kind. You make me smile. Loved the photo of you & your family. Keep up the good work.Thank you.🌞

Grow Young Fitness is an enjoyable way to get your exercise at a level that works for everyone. My parents 88 and 91 just completed a year of using the Foundation program, 3 times a week. When the pandemic started and their gym closed we looked for an alternative. My Mom said that she is able to bring in the groceries and put them away and also vacuum the house without getting too tired. Our balance has improved over the year also. I highly recommend this program.

Grow Young Fitness is the most comprehensive exercise program I've ever seen. There's something for everyone, the routines all specifically designed for seniors. Deron, a very personable and knowledgable trainer, offers chair workouts, walking routines, cardio and strength-training, yoga, even a "therapy box" to soothe those trouble spots we all have from time to time (and if you can cast the video to your TV, it is like having Deron right in the room with you to guide you through your chosen routine.) You can type in your comments and questions about each workout too, which will always be answered in a timely manner. Deron also offers a nutrition guide, tasty recipes, and many articles and video lessons to further improve your health. I plan on working out with Deron for the rest of my life. Hope you will join me.

I love the program. Had to stop for a while but am glad I can restart at any workout whenever I want.Great for flexibility and balance which I need the most.
