I have been with GYF now for over a year and a half. I started with the free exercise routines because I had shoulder replacement surgery and couldn't get outdoors to walk and wanted to stay active. I found I really enjoyed the foundation series and kept at it regularly. To make a long story short when my hubby has become ill or injured I have been able to shovel snow, bring in wood, move bags of water softener salt and bird seed. I contribute this to keeping moving with Grow Young Fitness.

This is proving to be just the type of work outs I need. Lots of variety and slow and steady progress but nothing that puts me at risk of injuring my bad shoulder or arthritic knee. There is support and encouragement built into the programs. And, you never have to get on the floor which I love. I strongly encourage any senior to start with the 30 day fast track stuff. I found that a great way to get in the groove.

I have been using Growyoungfitness for several years now and I am so thrilled with Deron and the program! I am never bored, there is a variety of things to do.I have seen great results with my strength, my balance and my stamina! It is just wonderful being able to do this in the comfort of my home, always available to me, even in bad weather I can “ keep it moving” :-) Deron is always encouraging us! I would say Grow Young Fitness is my Happy Place!

I've been doing Grow Young Fitness for six months now, and still enjoy it. Deron is very upbeat. The exercises are safe and fun with a lot of variety.
