I have been using Grow Young Fitness for 2 years now. I had issues with my shoulders, back and knees. With his program, I have been able to reach further, less back and knee pain. He has many programs to use for exercising, so you don't get bored or don't advance. He also has great health information on eating, vitamins, and healthy drinks, that you can order from him. His exercises are mostly from the chair, but he does has other exercises that you can do standing. He also has you use small weights and incorporates cardio in his programs. At the end of his exercises, he has a 2-3 minute meditation that is wonderful. All in all, he is great to exercise with and you can do it in your PJ's and at home, at anytime of the day!
