I started GYF a few years agobecause I was feeling my balance wasn't quite what it should be. After doing as many of the free excercise programs as I could I decided to become a Foundation member. I have been doing a variety of the programs within I have continues for three years. I love the formats and feel much stronger as a result and my balance is just fine now!

I have been a member for years and love the variety of exercises available. Admittedly I have been faithful every step of the way but love the ability to take anywhere we go. The therapy exercises helped me after hip surgery and anytime one of my joints is bothering me. I recommend the program to everyone needing to get more excel is and you don’t even need to get out of your jammies to do them

I hesitated before finally joining Grow Youn Fitness. My spouse and I are both retired, we often babysit our grandchildren, and enjoy yard work (weather permitting). However, that wasn't enough to prevent weak strength, hip pain, and energy dips. This program has helped with all of those and more! Thank you Deron for your dedication and understanding about what we Seniors need!

My husband(75) and I(71) are Founders Club members. We do Deron’s exercises every morning. They help us “keep it moving”.
