For those of you that are not sure if this is right for you, let me tell you, my story. Back in 2020, as part of a routine physical, my doctor ordered an abdominal ultrasound and found an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Over the next several months they checked if it continued to grow, which it did. So, as I am in for pre-op checkup, and they run an EKG and find an anomaly. After several more tests, including a cardiac catharization, a colluded artery was found, and stent placed. I was told that they would not be able to repair the AAA as i was too high risk. Fast forward 6 months during which time I had been working out using GYF religiously, lost 30 pounds, got myself in reasonably good shape. The AAA procedure was performed and fixed. My vascular surgeon said it was a textbook operation due to me being in so much better shape. So, in a way, a routine checkup and GYF probably saved my life. I continue to use the program 6-7 days a week and haven't looked or felt this good in decades.
