I sprained my ankle and I have just started back doing the workouts. I tripped on uneven ground but I did not fall. I truly believe that the balance exercises and workout routines saved me from falling. The physical therapist said I should be as good as new in about 8 sessions. Thank goodness I didn't fall or break anything. Grow Young Fitness has made a big difference in my life.

I have not been as consistent as I could have or should have BUT without a doubt I feel so much better once I complete every workout. I am trying to do more but its hard some days since we go away alot or on some of those days I do go to the gym. This is by far the best at home workout program I have ever done AND the supplements are so good for your body. I never miss a day of them!!!
