I have been a member of Grow Young Fitness for almost 5 years. I have faithfully exercised at least five days a week except for when I am away from home. As much as I hate to admit it, I am a binge eater. I found out recently that it is considered an eating disorder. I decided that regardless of my eating habits, that I would continue to exercise. It has been so good for me! And, I have lost some weight. My family and friends are very surprised that I have continued with the program. I think I would be afraid to quit because I know that I have improved in strength, balance, agility and increased energy. I certainly don’t want to give that up!

The great thing about Grow Young Fitness is you can either get the discs or online. I never really exercised until this came along. Deron Buboltz is a fantastic person who leads you on your workouts. His motto is keep on movin & he is always encouraging & supportive with all the workout. I really love the the workout & glad they came along. If you join the Founders Club , there are more workout to choose from.

I am so happy I found Grow Young Fitness and started the program. It's the best thing I have done for myself! I look forward to each workout and feel so good afterward. There are so many choices with all the different types of exercise routines, strengthening, balance, yoga, focusing on different parts of the body like knees, shoulders, back, core, etc. There is also nutrition with meal planning. Grow Young Fitness has it all. Also, Deron, the instructor is the best!

This are great exercise for seniors and not only. First time in my life I'm exercising almost every day and I really love it.
