This programme is encouraging and supportive. Consistent exercise definitely helps with weight maintenance as it makes us aware of our bodies. Each episode is just long enough and makes me energized to face the busy day ahead.Although this is via the internet the atmosphere is such that you feel Deron is directing his efforts to us in a personal way. Thank you.

I stepped up my usage during the pandemic which helped me get through the long days of isolation. Then on the past year I've had several hospitalizations to get my heart back in rhythm. I think the last one is finally working. But each time I had to layoff exercise for a week or two, which really ramped my style. But with Deron's help& reminders to come back gradually, keep at it and to keep moving I am back to regular exercise~at least 4 times a week and often more, I am doing much better, getting stronger and feeling much better. Thank you Deron!

I've been doing Grow Young Fitness since November 2020. I've lost 40 lbs which lowered my BMI and I'm no longer pre-diabetic. I have more energy, better balance, and feel stronger. This program is phenomenal because it addresses so many areas in which senior adults struggle. Deron is a positive and caring trainer. Choosing to 'keep it moving' with GYF is life-changing!
