I stepped up my usage during the pandemic which helped me get through the long days of isolation. Then on the past year I've had several hospitalizations to get my heart back in rhythm. I think the last one is finally working. But each time I had to layoff exercise for a week or two, which really ramped my style. But with Deron's help& reminders to come back gradually, keep at it and to keep moving I am back to regular exercise~at least 4 times a week and often more, I am doing much better, getting stronger and feeling much better.
