This is a program I can stick with...progresses in a way that challenges, but really helps you acheive a better balanced, more fit body while keeping it "do-able" for even those who haven't exercised for years. I feel a huge difference after 2 months.

I have been doing grow young fitness for years and then upgraded to the foundation. I am 75 years old. I have more energy, feel more fit, better balance, strengthened my core, can feel muscle not fat. You can work at your own level and advance as you progress physically. There are exercises for all areas where you may have a problem. Deron is energetic and makes the exercises fun. As Deron says “keep it movin”. Keep it moving to keep moving.

I discovered “Grow Young Fitness “ when the pandemic started two years ago and have been with it since! I was unemployed for 6 months ,and with this program I was able to develop a routine of fun filled exercising. I’m working now and I still have my exercise routine! I don't like to exercise. Ten years ago my husband got sick and the last 3 years it was like I had a baby to take care of, I was his caretaker. I let myself go and looked after him. He past away 15 months ago . Now seven months ago I thought about myself. I'm 71 years old and I could hardly get around. I hurt all over with pain. I had no strength In my legs. It was all I could do to get up out of a chair. Needless to say my body did not want to work. I looked around and saw people in wheelchairs, using a cane or give out just walking to the mail box after awhile they can't do for themselves. I also have pain in my lower back that hurt most of the time. Well I found Grow Young Fitness on the internet and WOW. I did not want to build a muscle body, I just wanted to get my body moving again. Let me tell you I now look forward to my workouts every morning. The exercise is not over powering but it works ALL of your body. You don't have to get down on the floor, I couldn't . I feel good every morning after my exercise, full of energy and ready to start my day. I have lost ten pounds and about four inches off my hips and waist. I have balance , strength and very little pain in my back now. This was what I was looking for something easy, painless but with great results. Most of the time I workout 6 days week. It is something you can do at any age , you just have to want to and I do. This starts my day with a get up and go. I am so thankful I found this program.

I start EVERY morning with GYF's Morning Stretch to work our the kinks from the night to increase my flexibility. 5 to 7 days per week I alternate between cardio workouts and strength exercises. There is so much variety, I never get bored. Sometimes I'll throw in some yoga, walking, or boxing. When I write in a comment after a workout, I get a response from coach Deron. I am able to maintain my weight and blood pressure; and reduce arthritis pain.
