I don't like to exercise. Ten years ago my husband got sick and the last 3 years it was like I had a baby to take care of, I was his caretaker. I let myself go and looked after him. He past away 15 months ago . Now seven months ago I thought about myself. I'm 71 years old and I could hardly get around. I hurt all over with pain. I had no strength In my legs. It was all I could do to get up out of a chair. Needless to say my body did not want to work. I looked around and saw people in wheelchairs, using a cane or give out just walking to the mail box after awhile they can't do for themselves. I also have pain in my lower back that hurt most of the time. Well I found Grow Young Fitness on the internet and WOW. I did not want to build a muscle body, I just wanted to get my body moving again. Let me tell you I now look forward to my workouts every morning. The exercise is not over powering but it works ALL of your body. You don't have to get down on the floor, I couldn't . I feel good every morning after my exercise, full of energy and ready to start my day. I have lost ten pounds and about four inches off my hips and waist. I have balance , strength and very little pain in my back now. This was what I was looking for something easy, painless but with great results. Most of the time I workout 6 days week. It is something you can do at any age , you just have to want to and I do. This starts my day with a get up and go. I am so thankful I found this program.
