Deron makes exercising fun and never boring. GYF provides workout programs for everyone, from beginners to advanced levels. Monthly challenges provide the opportunity to be included in drawings for really neat prizes after reaching a specified number of workouts throughout the month...and the benefits of exercise makes everyone a winner regardless of the outcome of the drawing. The Grow Young Shop has many high quality products available for purchase, including T-shirts, exercise accessories and some of the best supplements and meal replacements available anywhere. Grow Young Fitness provides many great benefits for a low monthly fee and is absolutely the BEST exercise/weight loss/nutrition program available. I have been with Grow Young Fitness for @ 5 years and is the best program ever! I have always exercised but this program is different, it incorporates so much more. Read Derons credentials and you will see how highly trained and certified he is for seniors and body issues. Balance is huge for seniors and he has a great program for that plus strength,, conditioning and cardio and more depending on what each person is able or wants to do. I love that he works all muscles so it is a whole body program. It can be gentle and mild or you can up your pace and do it all at your own speed. AND, he has a great nutrition guide plus supplements if you wish. Absolutely A1 program!

Grow Young Fitness changed me for the better. I was overweight and my body felt all achy and stiff. So I decided to sign up for the online Foundation classes. I made a commitment to do one session every day six days a week. I never liked exercise but Deron made it fun and he is so encouraging. I started to feel better after a couple weeks and within a short time I looked forward to doing them. Now 14 months after staring Grow Young Fitness I am down 32 pounds. I look great but more importantly I feel great. Good program. Good support and a great Face Book supportive community. I’m 75. I was pre diabetic and my cholesterol was climbing. That is all reversed. So grateful for Deron and his Grow Young Fitness.

I’ve been a member for quite some time and being a little handicapped I need to do chair excercises . I love the classes and I try to do two a day to get my correct amount for WW. I’m looking forward to more classes . Variety keeps me interested.
