I had dabbled with the free exercises on Grow Young Fitness on and off for a couple of years. I decided to get serious and signed up for the Founders program. I started with the 30 Day Fast Track and was hooked between that and the monthly challenges! In the past 6 months I’ve lost over 30 pounds and enough inches that I now need to buy new cloths! The workouts are all fun to do, yet they can be challenging, but all are geared to help us with mobility, balance and teach us good eating habits besides!

GYF is an amazing program! I have been a Founders Club Member two years now and look forward to starting my day with Deron each morning. I started off exercising 2 or 3 times a week, and before I knew it I was working out almost every day. The workouts are fun and give you real results if you commit to it. I love the extra lessons that Deron throws in on nutrition, form, the correct way to breathe, and how to achieve the results you are looking for. Amazing instructor and amazing program - I’m hooked!

When I started Grow Young Fitness, i was a 71 year old “Fitness Drop Out.” I had tried and quit more programs than i could count. I had a membership at a fitness club but never used it. Six years ago, i tried GYF. I committed to do a workout 3 times a week.it wasn’t long until I was exercising daily. I completed the first level of the Foundations program and kept going. Over the first year, i not only felt great, i lost 60 pounds, lots of inches and could do things i had not done in years. Then i had a total hip replacement. My recovery was very easy because i had been doing GYF. This program changed my life. Now, at 78, i get up and say, “Just keep it movin’!”

This program of chair based exercise has been perfect for me. It has eased a lot of the joint pain that I have been experiencing over the previous six months. The pandemic closed the health club where I used to swim on a regular basis. The sequence is fairly simple, and the instructor, Deron, is very personable and cheerful. Each segment runs from 10 to 15 minutes and are perfect for senior adults in reasonably good health. I highly recommend this program.

I subscribed to the Founders Club about a year ago, more or less I enjoy the exercises and they have helped me tremendously in Balance and pain management for back and shoulders. I also feel better and was able to lose 10 pounds. The lessons and advice from Deron motivates me to eat healthier, drink more water and to keep it moving!
