When I started Grow Young Fitness, i was a 71 year old “Fitness Drop Out.” I had tried and quit more programs than i could count. I had a membership at a fitness club but never used it. Six years ago, i tried GYF. I committed to do a workout 3 times a week.it wasn’t long until I was exercising daily. I completed the first level of the Foundations program and kept going. Over the first year, i not only felt great, i lost 60 pounds, lots of inches and could do things i had not done in years. Then i had a total hip replacement. My recovery was very easy because i had been doing GYF. This program changed my life. Now, at 78, i get up and say, “Just keep it movin’!”
