Investing in and committing to using the Grow Young Fitness Program is the best thing I have done for myself in 25 years. I have been a member since January 2021 and to date have gained back strength, agility, and stamina that I use to enjoy years ago. It has also helped me to lose 73 lbs and able to go from being considered obese to being a normal weight. The program is great because I was able to start with the manageable mostly seated foundation workouts. As I improved my abilities, I was able to incorporate the other available workouts including the cardio, strength, balance, core and walking. In November 2021 I also joined the Bloom Young Program for added challenges. I like being a member of both programs as it gives me lots of options that have made exercising a habit rather than a chore. GYF can be adapted to just about anyones capabilities and needs.

Easy to follow workouts and you don't have to get on the floor to do them.

I started and stopped due to three eye surgeries then got lazy and I am back with determination. This is the best work out to keep it moving that anyone can stick with.

Love this program!!! I’ve always hard a hard time sticking with exercising but not with GYF! I make excuses for not packing up and driving to the gym and doing the same video exercises every day is way too boring. I love having some accountability so I don’t usually succeed with exercise when I go Lone Ranger. GYF is unique and perfect for me because Deron is so cheerful and encouraging, he sends texts so I feel like I’m being held accountable, he has lots of nutrition info and reminders, the exercises are progressive and fun and there is a huge variety for whatever I need or have time for. I also love the monthly challenge! Since I’ve been doing this program (almost 5 months) I feel better than ever! I’m stronger, have better balance and flexibility, more energetic, and no aches or pains!

Grow Young Fitness is a great way to exercise, without leaving the house. I like it because it offers a variety of workout that fits seniors who are looking for safe exercises, that deals with different part of their bodies.Nutritional benefits are offered by Deron, the instructor and this can be a plus if one is looking for great food ideas. I haven't done much with this part, but it is in my plan, because I have issues with blood pressure. Cooking with Deron can help me with stronger ideas for keeping my blood pressure and other healthy factors in check.I think Grow Young Fitness is an excellent choice for anyone who want to stay fit and especially hold on to balance, which is important at any age, especially when you are getting older.
