The program Deron has put together for older citizens is superb! I am 72 and obese (I hate that word). After several surgeries including both knees replaced, high blood pressure, psoriatic arthrities and degenerative disc disease I would always be in pain and unable to feel better without opioids. During the pandemic I decided that I was not going to accept that life. First, I got off the opoids, then began changed my diet and started exercising on my own without very good results. I discovered GYF online and it has changed my life. I am still a newby, however I have lost 20 lbs in 6 months and am making better food choices at the store. I am commited to the program. Deron always keeps me motivated to continue on this path. You can change at any age. I feel better, have more energy and flexibility. I still have more weight to lose and hate when I miss a day exercising. As Deron always say, "Keep it Moving". Thanks Deron

I joined the Founders' Club of Grow Young Fitness in July of 2020, feeling the need to get moving during the Pandemic. I exercised about 5 days a week for the rest of that year and decided to try to do at least one exercise every day of 2021. I did that and have continued to reach my goal of exercising every day so far in 2022. I have noticed great changes in weight, strength and balance, and have enjoyed the variety of exercises offered. I finished the Ultimate Advanced series twice and started again in UA Series 4 recently. I strongly recommend the program for both physical and mental health during these trying times. My husband is very impressed with my commitment and I tell friends about the program all the time. Being able to do the indoor walks and dumbbell marches during the winter months in cold and snowy Pennsylvania has been great. Thank you Deron and Jeff for keeping this 79 year old healthy and strong.

This is my third year signing up for the annual Grow Young Fitness Founder’s Program. That tells you a lot. There is so much variety that I can find something for every energy level. There are also therapy exercises for specific areas of concern. I am so pleased I am able to workout in my own living room and tailor it to my current condition. Deron is easy to follow and unfailingly cheerful and encouraging.

It's been almost 2 years since I joined GYF. I have gained strength and mobility doing these exercises. Some I have really enjoyed doing and others not so much but know that I need to do these as well. It is a well rounded program and I usually complete one group of exercises before going on to another. Occasionally I go back and repeat one if having a problem in a certain. This is especially true of the arthritic group. Darren keeps adding new ones to challenge us. Keep up the good work.

I have been exercising with Deron since July 2016. I started with the free trial and then in August I became a Founder! #1 was enjoying the program and by joining the Founders Club I could get more for the $ I was spending. The best thing for me was the convenience of exercising at home. For me to go to a gym was 15-18 miles and I knew I wouldn’t get up every day, pack a bag and to go to the gym, them come home another 15-18 miles. Here at home I can set my own schedule as I need to. I do exercise 5-7 days a week and it’s easy to take Deron with me when I travel. I’m also a member of Bloom Young. Between GYF and BY there is more that enough to keep this 82 year old great grandma busy. The most important thing is to be dedicated, be consistent, have a need and desire to become and stay as healthy as possible. Grow Young is the way to do that. Never give up! Join today!
