I work at my computer most of the morning, and i exercise with Grow Young Fitness every day. There is always a set of exercises to fit any work-out need, and there are exercises for every fitness level. I work mostly on core, balance, and help with a tricky knee. But I have done several for arms, and they are great! I started with just one program, but I became a Founder member so I would have access to more. Come join us...it's great!

I simply LOVE this program!!!! It took me a long time to join. I was doing the same free workout over and over again. One day, I decided it was time. It was a great decision for me. I even do workouts in vacation!!!! Just DO IT!!!!

Grow Young Fittness is an amazing program for seniors . Each workout is the building block for the next workout. This program is very comprehensive. Many different workouts to choose from as well as lots of encouragement along the way.
