Grow Young Fitness was developed for my life style. These exercises have helped me grow stronger and do more things. It is now easier for me to go up and down the stairs and has really improved my balance. I enjoy the upper body exercises and can tell it in my shoulders when I have to miss a couple of days. I am grateful a friend told us about Grow Young Fitness!

When I started Grow Young Fitness workout routines about a year and a half ago, I couldn't get up out of a chair without help or support. I was stiff and sore all over all the time. I saw a huge difference in the way I felt and the way my body moved after a short period of time, like 3 months of workouts averaging five times a week. I continue to improve until I plateaued and now I am in maintenance mode. For me, Grow Young Fitness is a permanent way of life, God willing! I am a 71-year old woman.

This is a great program. I have gained strength, flexibility and improved balance. The workouts are designed to go at your own ability. There is nothing too difficult and Deron explains everything very well. I recommend this program for anyone who wants to stay and or get healthy.

The classes get more challenging as they progress. I think this very beneficial as a result of the exercisers that are introduced and worked through. Very good instructor
