When I started Grow Young Fitness workout routines about a year and a half ago, I couldn't get up out of a chair without help or support. I was stiff and sore all over all the time. I saw a huge difference in the way I felt and the way my body moved after a short period of time, like 3 months of workouts averaging five times a week. I continue to improve until I plateaued and now I am in maintenance mode. For me, Grow Young Fitness is a permanent way of life, God willing! I am a 71-year old woman.
