I have not been as consistent as I could have or should have BUT without a doubt I feel so much better once I complete every workout. I am trying to do more but its hard some days since we go away alot or on some of those days I do go to the gym. This is by far the best at home workout program I have ever done AND the supplements are so good for your body. I never miss a day of them!!!

hi, I was up to session 42 and for various reasons had to stop for a few months so I think starting from the beginning is wise much as I hate to, I love Grow Young, am in my 80th year and will do it as long as I can, thank for putting this out there.

I have enjoyed these exercises. My hips are bad so some of those I cannot do but, as a whole, they always make me feel better. I have Parkinson’s disease and always feel better after I have done them. Thank you!
