I have been with this program for almost two years and have gone from 137 lbs to 125 lbs and have been able to maintain this weight by performing the exercises, which are wonderfully varied. I went from a size 12 to an 8. We are also given guides to nutritious meals, meal preparation guides and good snacks. I've joined other exercise programs but never one as good as this one. This one is a keeper!

So if your a senior citizen this is a perfect program for us . Because it’s simple enough to follow and to do to keep fit & feel good about yourself. he is very professional & enthusiastic about his program . Great Job!!!
