I've been a member of GYF going on three years. The first thing I noticed improvement in was my neck rotation. I became able to turn it left and right without pain. What a relief for driving and safety in general! The second thing was my Dexa scan for osteoporosis showed a slight improvement which was huge for me as it had been declining for several years. And the third and last thing was a great improvement in my arthritis pain and stiff joints. I exercise five days a week, four with Daron and one three mile walk outside on the fifth day. I'm 78 and feel terrific. Thanks to all involved in the GYF program. Oh, and I eat healthy, thanks to Deron's insistence :0).
