GrowYoungFitness was recommended by my principal medical doctor in May 2021. I have completed about 200 exercises which is not bad for a 93 year old guy! I love it not having to dress in gym clothes, get in the car in bad weather, and not have to deal with the looks from the 20 to 30 year olds looking at me there because I don't fit! Such convenience is the one thing that makes it so easy to continue the exercises not to mention the health benefits.
