I have enjoyed these exercises. My hips are bad so some of those I cannot do but, as a whole, they always make me feel better. I have Parkinson’s disease and always feel better after I have done them. Thank you!

I LOVE Grow Young Fitness! I am not someone to workout and didn't think I could do it, but the exercises and how Deron talks you through them is very doable and leaves you feeling that you accomplished something really good. I've done 7 months so far and can honestly say I'm not a couch potato any more!
