This program is designed to help everyone, no matter their fitness level. There are workouts that target areas (neck, back, legs, neck, arms, joints as well as general cardio and strength training). Deron in a bright, knowledgeable, experienced and caring young man. He has done the research and has designed an all encompassing, gentle yet challenging, in-home program that can be adapted to any skill level. His enthusiasm is empowering and his encouragement is unending. I have found that when I have specific questions, I can post them to the website and I always receive an answer in a timely manner. This is a program designed for each individual to take at his/her own pace. If for some reason your workout is interrupted for a short or longer period of time, it it very easy to pick back up when you are ready to begin again.. Now, for the best part... I really enjoy the workouts . I am 82 years old but I find it easy to follow Deron's instructions, and can work at my own pace. I try to do one of the routines five or six days a week.

Absolutely love this program.. Have been doing it for a couple of years. A lot of variety And love the fact that you can always go back and start over If you stop for a while. I'm going to be 75 and I just want to keep it moving.

I joined Grow Young Fitness in May of 2017 and have never looked back. I absolutely love it. There are so many different programs to choose from and they are always adding more. I like to switch around during the week and never get bored. Deron makes it easy to follow along. I would highly recommend this program.
