My husband and I both do grow young and love it. Deron is fun to work with and a good motivator. The exercises are easy to follow and very effective. I would recommend it to anyone who wants or needs to get fit. My husband will be 80 in August and I am 77. We like the balance exercises, they are very helpful. The core and strength training are also good and fun. You ever have to get down on the floor, you do everything from a chair or standing by the chair. I have recommended it to friends and even told my doctors about it. If anyone is thinking about doing this program, my advice is to stop thinking and just do it. And as always…..Keep it movin’.

Exercising and proper eating has made me a huge fan of grow young fitness!It took me some time before I joined but it was the best decision I ever made !Deron and his staff are wonderful and will help you with any questions you have

When COVID came and I stopped going to the gym, I found GYF on line. What a blessing for me. Especially in Maine in the winter, not being able to get my walks in. I have been doing it for 2 years when it is convenient for me. With arthritis settling in GYF has kept me agile and moving.

It was two years ago that I saw a Facebook post and this lady was saying how much she enjoys exercising because you never have to go to the floor and exercise. You exercise from a standing position or sitting in a chair and then she said she was 80 years old and that was prompting me to order the DVD which I did and used for several weeks and it was March 13, 2020 that I actually started this program Grow Young Fitness and then in June I saw online that you could do the exercises which I have been doing on my smart phone. I pay $60 every three months to have better health and that's less than a dollar a day to stay in shape. There are so many benefits with this program. I was overweight and since this program I have been consistent at keeping off 30 pounds. I may gain a pound here and there but then I'm always pretty much at 136 or 137 pounds. and that was not the case a fewyears ago.I was close to 170 pounds. This is an awesome program. There are so many different types of workouts that you can find one that will give you great exercise and some will truly challenge you. And then if there is a particular area where you are having issues, the “Therapy” selections can likely help you work on those areas. Workouts are also frequently added and support staff are VERY responsive to questions and comments. You won’t regret investing in this workout program!!
