I am more than satisfied with the Grow Young Fitness program. I look forward to Deron's smiling face and positive attitude the five days a week I exercise. The exercises are sometimes challenging but not too much so. Deron and his team are available for questions and they are ready to help me be do my best. I appreciate his knowledge and sharing the importance of nutrition. I'm getting ready to start my third year with the program, and it is worth every penny. Thank you Deron for caring about us seniors.

I'm enjoying the workouts very much and they are helping my knees and balance and over all strength. I look forward to doing them everyday, and love how many choices of videos there are for every area of needed healing. Very happy. Thanks.

I love Grow Young Fitness! Since joint the February Challenge, I have been exercising 5 times a week. I feel that Deron is my personal trainer!There is something for everyone! ❤️

Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this program is worth the money. I have a lot of physical issues and little by little I am improving strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Clear instruction without a lot of chatter except for positive encouragement. An endless variety of workouts with new content added frequently. A supportive online community if one is looking for that. I recommend Grow Young Fitness without hesitation.

Definitely 5 stars! I joined the program in September of 2019 after trying the free sessions and have stuck with it. The monthly challenges keep you motivated and I appreciate that new programs are added all the time. I have lost weight and and definitely inches. The exercise program as well as the tips to eat healthier, drink more water and just take better care of yourself are all good reminders to keep your head in the right place. Deron is an excellent coach and cheerleader . You can’t help but feel that he is genuinely committed to making this program work successfully for every member. Please keep the new routines and challenges coming!!
