Joining GYF was the best thing I have done for my physical well being. I have bad knees and lip edema in my legs. This makes walking difficult and stepping up on curbs or steps. However, since joining GYF, I walk better, can step up on curbs without aid and walk around the grocery store without a cart, if just getting a few items. The exercises have also made my knees more flexible. Deron is very encouraging and offers great support. He makes exercising worthwhile and often fun and I never thought I would say that about exercise.
