I joined the founders club two years ago when the pandemic hit and I saw myself getting stronger all the time as I went along. I completed the whole thing and couldn’t believe how strong I was. my balance was excellent but then I needed hip replacement. I had that done six weeks ago and just now started back on my exercises. I know that if I hadn’t kept up with these exercises before my surgery I wouldn’t have healed so fast.

I have followed Deron and Grow Young Fitness since at least early 2019. His teaching and coaching style is fantastic and easy to follow. The videos are varied and plentiful from exercises, balance, yoga, nutrition and more. There is a free component, however, the Founders Club opens access to so much more. It’s the best value for the money you will find in a health program. Extra Coaching is available and the response is great. I have several of their DVD videos, plus online access at my fingertips and on the go, so no excuses for me not to work out, even on vacation. I have confidence that the supplements and products Deron offers are carefully researched and developed to the highest standards. I do highly recommend Grow Young Fitness to everyone looking for an affordable, low impact, educational program with excellent customer service and support. Keep it moving!!

I am 77 And 14 years ago I broke boFemurs . I have bars and pins In both legs Compounded by I rheumatoid arthritis arthritis and reflex sympathetic Dystrophy i could not get up from a couch or a chair without assistance My knee was frozen and no range motion 10 years later in 2018 I was on Instagram and saw a challenge for seniors I was hooked from day one and became a member Now 4 years later I am not on a Walker My knee has some range of motion and I can dance again You are given the tools but you have to use them This is a life Style For me 7 days a week I do a balance and cardio chapter 6 And 4 days a week I add yoga I am a different person Younger and more energetic Thank you grow young fitness

I have been with GYF for almost two years, I started out slow and right at the beginning with the starter workouts. I was so proud of myself for working out three days a week, considering I hadn’t worked out for years. After about six months I realized I was working out six to seven days each week! It really helped when I began keeping a personal calendar, and suddenly my morning was not complete without a workout! My arthritis is SO much better, much, much less pain, my balance has improved, my body has firmed up and I have lost weight. I will be 69 years young in June and I have 14 grandchildren I am able to keep up with because of Grow Young Fitness! You workout in the comfort of your home and whenever is best for you, and there are so many resources available to Foundation members. This is a fantastic program which I highly recommend!
