I had a PFO stroke that caused a balance problem and I had to use a walker. Then I discovered GYF in 2019. Following GYF, I regained strength and, most Importantly, my balance. I do not use a walker now, and credit goes to GYF.

I have been with Grow Young for more than two years. I am always trying to get my friends to join. I went from holding on to the railing as I went down the stairs to going down with my arms loaded. My balance so improved. I have gone from 2 pound dumbbells to 6 pounds. In January I had Covid, so I have had to back track some, but Deron said just take it easy. I'm almost back to where I was. Thanks to his coaching and wonderful exercises. My sister is also taking them. Going from back surgery, knee replacement and now a broken wrist. She is now back to season one working towards a cruise in July.

I am in my third year with Deron, exercising 6 days a week. It is the first time that I have ever stuck to a program and that is due to the variety of exercises offered. Balance, core, cardio, strength, Grow Young Fitness has it all. I highly recommend this program.

GYF DVD’s are great. Very good for toning muscles. Meal replacement as a smoothie (bananas, cherries, oatmeal, sunflower kernels) for breakfast is a great start to the day.
