Love this program. There are a variety of work outs so one always has something different to do. If you keep at it you can see results . Also added videos to help with nutrient and making good choices

These are great workouts! They work your whole body safely. They help your balance, your muscle tone, your core. Helps your circulation because they keep you moving. Makes your feel energized when you do them .

This is the best workout ever. I have been trying different workouts and never stuck with them. I actually want to work out wit Deron. He’s always complimenting you, smiling and takes time to explain everything to you. Great workouts for balance,strength, yoga, etc. once you go and do Derons workouts you are hooked and want to continue to workout. I love it and guarantee you will too. Great support group that responses quickly.

I have been exercising with Grow Young Fitness for almost 4 years. I am in better shape than I have been in years. I love the variety of the exercises that is offered. Also, Daren adds new exercises occasionally! I would recommend Grow Young Fitness for anyone, especially seniors. Check it out. It is a good deal.
