This is my second month as a member of the Founders Club. I can already feel the difference in my strength and mobility. I’ve had back issues for many years, had surgery and been to PT and I’ve done lots of yoga. This is even better! Note that this last statement is coming from an avowed non-athletic person! An “I hate to exercise!” person who will be 77 at the end of March!! I’ve not yet worked up to exercising every day but my body is beginning to demand it! It’s an attitude problem that I’m obviously going to need to work on! I can’t say enough good things about the Founders Club! If you want an exercise program that starts simply and works up a little bit at a time…If you want an exercise program where you can actually tell you are getting stronger right from the start… If you want an exercise program you can take on your phone anywhere you go… and do any time, day or night…If you want an exercise program with personal atte

I have lost 30 lbs using this program, so far. I plan on continuing with the goal of another 60 lbs. I like the break fast and super food boost . And believe both have helped with the success in my weight loss. Along with the work outs targeting exact area’s needed to strengthen. Two years and still loving the program. Some of the best money ever spent. Deron has helped so much to restore balance issues and build up muscle that helps relieve body aches and pains. I exercise with my 32 year old daughter that has rheumatoid arthritis. The program has helped her also. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for the both of us!!!

I have been working out with Deron’s “Grow Young Fitness” for probably five plus years. Started out the first year just using the “free” sessions. When I made the decision to invest in myself for a healthier me, I joined GYF as a paying member. Deron is always available to text or email for questions or suggestions. Even when I “bowed out” of GYF for several months due to personal issues, Deron stayed in touch with me. Never any pressure and having workout sessions based on what I am able to do has been tremendous for my self esteem. I love Deron’s therapy sessions and that he is aware of the exercises that are better for seniors, those of any age getting ready for a joint surgery or any age post surgery. Sitting, standing and/or combination, just no floor workouts. Embrace yourself, be the best you can; may not be perfect, but better, healthier and happier! I can touch my nose to my knee. If you are tired of being not able to do things because it hurts or just unable to get around, you need to look at Grow Young Fitness program. Deron is the instructor, he has excellent qualifications and his program is based on seniors who have balance problems, arthritis and all those other aches and pains that go with getting older. My husband and I do it together, both of us have seen a difference in our getting around. We have more energy and sleep better at night. We feel like we’re 10 to 15 years younger. Take a look at the program, believe me you will not regret joining the Grow Young Fitness program.
