Where to begin, I started GYF in 2017 I think. Very, very sporadic and just not "into exercising" even though I knew that I had become very sedentary and needed to move it or lose it..In the past 7 months, I have become very regular and I cannot tell you what a difference!!!! I am able to walk better, sleep better and an overall sense of well being..I actually feel guilty if I miss a day or two..I also use a lot of the vitamins every day and I try to do the supplements but am lacking in that department right now..I swear I will get on track with those too..GYF is, in my opinion, the best program for anyone..I cannot be more pleased..I tell all my family and friends about GYF..

I have been a founder member of GYF for over 4 years. It is the best workouts for seniors I’d give 10 stars!!! Deron and Jeff are the absolute best motivators around. And so cute too!! I’ve never been much of a person to exercise but when I was diagnosed with copd and osteoporosis I needed help. And I found GYF on Facebook and joined right away and never stopped. Love it 😊

I am NOT a workout person! But when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I knew diet and exercise was key to my health. My first workout I couldn’t believe 30 minutes had gone by! They’re interesting because you’re always doing something a little different. You have great support from Deron and his crew. Love this program!

Seeing the ads on my Facebook feed intrigued me and so I joined about 18 months ago. I am so glad that I did! I find the pace and variety of exercises are enjoyable and provide many benefits. I have never been one to exercise but I have been able to stick to this. Thanks Deron for keeping us moving!
