Where to begin, I started GYF in 2017 I think. Very, very sporadic and just not "into exercising" even though I knew that I had become very sedentary and needed to move it or lose it..In the past 7 months, I have become very regular and I cannot tell you what a difference!!!! I am able to walk better, sleep better and an overall sense of well being..I actually feel guilty if I miss a day or two..I also use a lot of the vitamins every day and I try to do the supplements but am lacking in that department right now..I swear I will get on track with those too..GYF is, in my opinion, the best program for anyone..I cannot be more pleased..I tell all my family and friends about GYF..
