I am enjoying the workout a great deal even though ot is hard fort me, especially the balance exercises. I am 81 with advanced arthritis and I have had 2 knee and 1 hip replacement. Since beginning to use the Foundation Series I feel stronger even though I still must use my walker.

This is the first exercise program I’ve ever enjoyed and stuck with. I am 75 years old, and had begun to feel my age. Grow Young Fitness is like a backward Time Machine! It’s not boring or overly strenuous, and IT WORKS! I wish I’d started it 10 years ago…I’d be Wonder Woman!! Do it, everyone…you won’t regret it!!
