I’ve never been one to exercise or to go to a gym. But these exercises with you guiding us, engaging us are fun! Today I noticed getting my nose closer to my knee!!! Progress in other ways as well!

I am enjoying the workout a great deal even though ot is hard fort me, especially the balance exercises. I am 81 with advanced arthritis and I have had 2 knee and 1 hip replacement. Since beginning to use the Foundation Series I feel stronger even though I still must use my walker.
