Since retirement I have been semi-active...until Covid. Then I sat down and did nothing. My weight and blood sugar went through the roof. I decided I needed to change things. I had seen GYF online and I did some of the beginner free stuff. So I joined the Founder's Club and got busy. Now, hardly a day goes by that I don't have a visit with Deron. I also have enough energy to walk 5 miles a day as well. After 2 years, I have lost 50 pounds and my A1C is 5.6. My doctor nearly fainted. I like the variety of workouts so I don't get bored. And I like the portability of the online program so I can take it anywhere. Keep it movin', Deron!
