I promised myself for years that I would start a program that would enhance my stability and balance and strength, but never did it. Finally last year I joined GYF and again promised myself I would be diligent this time. It was so easy to do just that! Deron’s programs are easy to follow and it doesn’t take long to realize you are getting stronger and more stable. I am into the program for 15 months now and haven’t lost interest, and don’t think I will. I’m in it for good!

I feel like Deron is my personal trainer. I have been with him four years. I started out with the chair exercises 10/6/27 and have been through many of his programs. He has been a tremendous help in keeping me going. My balance has improved 99% since I started. He has a program for you no matter your limitations. Deron has a special gift in working with seniors. He makes it fun as he helps us improve. I will be 80 in May and I have no limitations thanks to Deron and his exercises. I highly recommend his program.

I love seeing the progress I’ve made in 6 weeks. When I first started, balance was an issue, tying my shoes was an effort and I used my hands to help myself out of the chair. Not anymore! And yesterday my husband asked me where my tummy had gone to. That was great! Deron’s enthusiasm is inspiring and contagious. I could not be happier with this program and highly recommended it to anyone who wants to see results! It is the best investment you can make in yourself.

Since retirement I have been semi-active...until Covid. Then I sat down and did nothing. My weight and blood sugar went through the roof. I decided I needed to change things. I had seen GYF online and I did some of the beginner free stuff. So I joined the Founder's Club and got busy. Now, hardly a day goes by that I don't have a visit with Deron. I also have enough energy to walk 5 miles a day as well. After 2 years, I have lost 50 pounds and my A1C is 5.6. My doctor nearly fainted. I like the variety of workouts so I don't get bored. And I like the portability of the online program so I can take it anywhere. Keep it movin', Deron!
