Absolutely love this program. Deron is fantastic coach and makes working out fun. I love the meal planning he does and the weight loss program. Can't beat it! So glad I found it and joined!

I love this program. It has helped my arthritis, made me more sturdy on my feet, helped to lose weight and made me more mobile. You can do the exercises anywhere and as much or little as you want.Iam so happy I joined. And everyone one the Facebook page are very supportive.

I've been doing Grow Young Fitness for about 2 months now. I've reduced my pain and increased my flexibility and balance. I have lots of energy now. Deron really inspires you to work out. The really great thing is that the workouts are not too difficult. You can get started on a workout and progress. You'll be challenged but not to the extent where you just want to quit. It's all positive, no shaming because you aren't already as fit as the instructor like some programs. Definitely recommend this program.

I have never been one to exercise, but Deron makes it doable and helpful. He encourages us to work at our own pace, as long as we “keep it moving”!!

I love GYF! I just wish I started sooner. I am 64 years old. I was not overweight when I joined last August, just very out of shape and not very strong. I was very inflexible and my balance wasn't great. What I like the most is that it is very gradual in increasing the challenge of the workouts.I did tweak some weak muscles here and there in the beginning, but was told to just take it slow. The workouts are definitely challenging but in a great way! It is amazing how strong and flexible I am after 6 months! Deron is so positive and encouraging and always giving support and feedback if needed. I feel like I have a personal trainer! It is really fantastic! So very grateful my sister told me about it!!!
