I love GYF! I just wish I started sooner. I am 64 years old. I was not overweight when I joined last August, just very out of shape and not very strong. I was very inflexible and my balance wasn't great. What I like the most is that it is very gradual in increasing the challenge of the workouts.I did tweak some weak muscles here and there in the beginning, but was told to just take it slow. The workouts are definitely challenging but in a great way! It is amazing how strong and flexible I am after 6 months! Deron is so positive and encouraging and always giving support and feedback if needed. I feel like I have a personal trainer! It is really fantastic! So very grateful my sister told me about it!!!
