I've been exercising with Deron, Grow Young Fitness program, for about 2 years. It's the only exercise program I have been able to stick with. I have never been bored with the program because there is so much to choose from, even therapy exercises for knees, hips, etc. Deron is very encouraging and as I exercise with him, I'm able to keep up with ease. He explains what part of the body each exercise is helping to strengthen. My balance has improved so much since I started this program and I don't have as many aches and pains as I used to.
