Nancy Iannaci
My name is Nancy, and I am 70 years young. I have been doing the " Grow Young" program for about two years. I started shortly after we had all heard about the Corona Virus. It was and is wonderful to workout at my own pace. Anytime I want! On the primacy of my own home. Deron is a great teacher. His exercises are specifically for Seniors or people who have or had injuries. I am a member of his " Founders Club" so I can access the exercises on my PC. Lap top. Or Smart TV. I am determined to stay limber and active! It us important for the mind. Body and soul. As Derin likes to say " Keep it moving". I strongly encourage anyone to try this program if: they want to lose weight, just stay active, or even have fun.

I really like Grow Young Fitness. It has helped me with my strength and balance. I have been able to pick up my grandson and help my daughter. I recommend this program. Devon is enthusiastic and keeps updating his website with new exercises. I’m very happy to be part of the team.

I absolutely love this program and like others have said it’s like having your own private instructor. Deron knows so much about elders especially so the workouts are so perfectly geared to our abilities. He does challenge us and encourages us constantly to keep it moving. I am lazy but most days I can get motivated to do one of the many routines geared to my abilities. I feel he really cares about each of us and he has given us plenty routines to choose from. I know I could find free programs elsewhere but there is a trust here that makes me feel the moves are not going to hurt me... they are all so well thought out. I am happy to see so many have joined since I started years ago. 💕💕👏👏

Finding Deron and his excellent series of exercises for all levels is a big plus in my daily routine. This is coming from someone who avoids exercise. I feel as if Deron is in the room with me and his constant encouragement keeps me going. His tips on losing weight and how to food shop is the icing on the cake. Hats off to Grow Young Fitness and it’s enthusiastic followers and leader! Hope to see more members in The Founder’s Club.

I've been exercising with Deron, Grow Young Fitness program, for about 2 years. It's the only exercise program I have been able to stick with. I have never been bored with the program because there is so much to choose from, even therapy exercises for knees, hips, etc. Deron is very encouraging and as I exercise with him, I'm able to keep up with ease. He explains what part of the body each exercise is helping to strengthen. My balance has improved so much since I started this program and I don't have as many aches and pains as I used to. Check it out. You'll be glad you did.
