I have surprised myself with the coordination, strength, balance, and agility that I have regained while participating in this program. I am a 68 year old widow who has used this program for several years. Thanks to Deron and his enthusiastic personality, exercising has become a pleasurable habit.

When I started Grow Young Fitness four years ago, I had had two knee replacements and needed a way to exercise and lose weight safely. Gave this program a try, and I am so glad I did. I weigh less, have more strength and stamina, and look better in my clothes. I actually love exercising, and make sure I get between 5-7 days a week of exercise. I have gone on hikes and have done an 8K walk. My A1C has improved. These exercises start out slowly with the Foundation workouts and progressively get more intense, but are still considered low impact. Love this program, and Deron is an excellent personal trainer and motivator! I am 67 years young and feel better than when I was in my 50s. Give it a try! It’s good to “Keep it Moving”!

Saw this on Facebook about five years ago and was attracted to it since it was a chair exercise program which was all I was capable of at the time. I found these were actually doable and I did them for two or three years. I progressed to standing only and changed to Bloom Young. I can’t say enough about Grow Young. There are so many exercises to choose from. It works IF you work it!
