When I started Grow Young Fitness four years ago, I had had two knee replacements and needed a way to exercise and lose weight safely. Gave this program a try, and I am so glad I did. I weigh less, have more strength and stamina, and look better in my clothes. I actually love exercising, and make sure I get between 5-7 days a week of exercise. I have gone on hikes and have done an 8K walk. My A1C has improved. These exercises start out slowly with the Foundation workouts and progressively get more intense, but are still considered low impact. Love this program, and Deron is an excellent personal trainer and motivator! I am 67 years young and feel better than when I was in my 50s. Give it a try! It’s good to “Keep it Moving”!
