Grow Young Fitness is just the best! For people like me who know we need to be active but hate the gym and don’t have a clue where to start or what to do, this is the perfect answer. Deron walks you through each move, the how and why. There is such a variety, it doesn’t matter what your age or fitness level is, there is something that will help you. Deron has also incorporated therapy series for specific areas that you may need help with. And don’t forget nutrition, it’s there too. You just can’t go wrong by trying GYF!

A wonderful program for the entire body and Daron leads you through with such a big smile and enthusiasm. I’m 77 and energy and health has improved and I’m ready today to start his new weight loss program. No matter your age or health issues he has a program that fits your needs.

All kinds of exercises, so you never get bored! No matter what your age or ability -- riddled with arthritis to dancing a jig every day -- you can do these workouts! I truly appreciate the warmups, cooldowns, and stretching in every workout -- and my body does too!As Deron says, "Keep it movin!"

This is a good program. I don't have to get in my car and go to the gym,but exercise in my own living room. I enjoy the knee exercises. The pain in my knees from arthritis is not has bad as it was,and sometimes not feel the pain at all. These exercises work.
