Grow Young Fitness is a life-changing program and it certainly has changed my life. I am now 72 years of age and my body no longer feels like a 72 year old. I attribute this completely to Grow Young Fitness. While everything is impressive, the most impressive is the difference in my shoulder. I have a practically non-functioning rotator cuff on my dominant side and through these exercises, I have strengthed the supporting muscles and tendons that keep my shoulder in place. Before starting GYF I had trouble using my arm and there were some things that I just couldn't do. Now, I have no limitations. Besides that, my balance is now excellent and my flexibility is as well. Also, my stamina has improved greatly. I find myself actually running to the mailbox, which is uphill, and running up the stairs. I don't want to neglect mentioning my abs. Wow, just wow! My abs are so strong now and they help keep my hips in place. I really can't praise Deron and his program enough.

I am 76 years young, and I am a member of the Grow Young Fitness Founders Club. I have lots of arthritis, but I am able to easily do the workouts. I love working out with Deron, he makes it fun and easy to follow! I workout 5-6 days a week, and I am so glad I found Grow Young Fitness!
