I have been using this senior workout program for over 2 years. I am still recovering from spinal surgery and these exercises allow me to keep muscle tone with my limited mobility. Both my wife and I do the exercises together 3 or 4 times a week.This is a very well thought out approach to senior exercising.

I credit Grow Young Fitness with my complete turn around in health. I can do so many things that I was unable to do before. My knees have been strengthened to the point that I no longer worry about knee replacements. I can climb up into our Jeep! I can walk miles! I have lost 20 lbs and my muscle tone is so much better. Thank You Deron!!!
