In 2017 I had both hips replaced in a 4 month timeframe. After completing my rehab and physical therapy, I was looking online for a program to continue my progress. When I found Grow Young Fitness and the sitting chair exercises I knew this was for me! That’s where I started and I have continued ever since to increase my strength and ability to safeguard my health. Weight loss has not been a personal need of mine but Deron addresses many issues and has a great many tips helpful at the grocery store to food preparation I especially appreciate his concern for seniors and the importance of working the balance muscles. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness!

Grow Young Fitness is the best on the market for seniors and for anyone having movement and/or mobility issues who wants to KEEP IT MOVING! They offer affordable subscription options, too! I am so impressed by Deron’s expertise and knowledge of what seniors can do to continue to have agility for a better lifestyle. All of the exercises are great, but the sitting exercises are fantastic!. Deron’s dedication to the health and wellness of seniors is also to be highly commended. God bless him! I’m not aware of a single competitor doing anything for seniors as great as Deron and Grow Young Fitness to keep us moving toward quality of life. If you’ve got arthritis or any movement issues, or if you just don’t get around as well as you used to, better buy one of these affordable subscriptions and KEEP IT MOVING!

I really enjoy the workouts. I am 82 years old, but I find it easy to follow Deron’s instructions and can exercise at my own pace. I try to do one of the routines five or six days a week.

Grow Young Fitness is a program that meets you where you are in your physical ability and through a progressive plan, helps you improve. You can go fast pace or take it slow and steadily improve your strength andphysical ability. Deron has the knowledge and know how to help you improve as well as recipes, products, food plans, and many helpful tips throughout GYF. So glad I found GYF!

I’m a 70 year old woman who decided I needed to get in shape during Covid and am thankful I found Grow Young Fitness. Deron has such a variety of exercises that I never feel bored. I actually look forward to my day’s exercise. Any person can benefit—many routines are seated for those having difficulty standing. They get progressively harder as we improve but we can always repeat when necessary. Best choice I’ve made!!
