Best decision I ever made regarding fitness was to join the Founders program. Routines are easy to follow. I like that Deron is constantly mentioning hints and reminders for proper form. So many programs to choose from. The choices are endless. I feel stronger and move easier. Bonus is that I'm losing weight. Quality of life is much improved and I have Grow Young Fitness to thank for this.

This is an excellent program for Seniors. I am an upper age and been doing them for about 4 years. I started out with some free ones. WhenI even think about quitting my daughter says, NO! I live in my own home. Drive, get my groceries, gas. My cat, Luke and I walk around yard or in house in winter. He is on a leash so he not climb tree. I think all of you who do these exercises will like Deron and his messages to us. Changed my way of eating too.

I started cardio with Deron almost 2 years ago. With Covid around I didn’t move much working from home. I was also recovering from two surgeries, broken wrist and torn meniscus in one knee. I always liked to move but not exercise. I started because I saw it can be done sitting on a chair. But thanks to the program I quickly got on my feet! And I didn’t feel like I was putting much effort! I was enjoying exercising first time in my life. Now that I have to go to work every day ( and I am slightly past retirement age) I only exercise twice a week to stay in shape. I regained my balance, mobility and posture. I feel active and energized. It didn’t happen overnight but it has been fun all along the way!

I love, love, love this program. It's a progressive program with each day slightly a bit more challenging from the day before. He keeps it varied and not many repetitions so you can actually do the entire work out and feel all the different muscles that have been worked on, but not overly worked! So perfect for me! I'm 64 and although I swim 8-10 miles a week, I feel these work outs each and every time! I try to do at least 4-5 work outs per week.
