I’ve been a member of Grow Young Fitness for 5 or 6 years doing the exercises as I can, not consistently, but did finish all three seasons and a number of other exercises as well. This a program that a person can easily adapt to themselves and you never have to leave your home. I highly recommend it.

Am 72 year old female handicapped who is exercising the for the first time in her life . I’ve been following the program since about June and I moving much much better . have a long way to go but plan to continue thank you

Loving this program so far! Easy to do , can do more slowly and pause if I need but so far haven’t needed to. Exercises explained in plain language. Just what I needed to get over my plateau and start losing weight again. I think it help with my balance as well

I have been on this planet 89 years. I am doing the Grow Young Fitness program. Doing the exercises has helped my balance and my knees and hips are less painful I love this program!

I think Grow Young fitness is the best program I have used. The availability of multiple programs that not only give a workout but address specific issues is wonderful. I use their supplements which I am very happy with as well as their protein, meal replacement drinks. Highly recommend this program!
