I love the variety of exercise programs. It gives me a choice of what I feel I am capable of on a particular day. It really got me moving after 2 years of Covid!

So many different and varied exercises! You choose for yourself, that’s what I enjoy. Deron is always so encouraging and full of info. They are constantly adding to the inventory and selection!

I love this program. It’s easy to follow and I appreciate Deron’s easy instructions. Without this program I would not be able to walk upstairs. If I stop exercising for too long I can tell right away. My knees will hurt and walking stamina lessens. So I keep track with the monthly calendar goals and it works. Don’t hesitate to join the program.

I have really had my fitness level and general health improve by using this program. I was recovering from Covid and my balance, flexibility, and strength have vastly increased. If I miss a day or two I feel it - so make a commitment and improve your health and attitude. Join us!

GYF is a wonderful program! I workout but don't feel like I work. Just when I think it will be too hard he switches to a different movement and the results are amazing! I started because I was having trouble with my knees and hips and the exercises helped immensely. Now I do "allover exercises". I feel so much better! There are a huge variety of exercises available. I highly recommend joining GYF!
