I love this program. I had searched for a long time for an exercise program that is more appropriate for my age and this is the one. I have been a member for a year now and really haven't missed many days of exercising. There are exercises designed for pain management and to keep your joints flexabled, there are so many routines to choose from that you never get bored and all of the exercises can be modified until your strength increases, Deron shows you how to do all of them with complete explanations of what each one will do for you.There is an awesome nutrition program as well as that is an important element for our overall well being. I have increased my balance by 100%, my stamina for walking and even doing house work and playing with the grandchildren has increased 10 fold. If you do nothing else please purchase this program for yourself. You will not regret it.

I found GYFitness years ago and took the leap to fitness.The price was right and I had nothing to lose except weight and gain strength and knowledge of a winning lifestyle…Deron has been my gym guru and access to him and at any time of the day is the best. I look forward to the encouraging messages, the nutritional information, the responses, and the personal touches he gives as we exercise together. Most of all I reap the rewards of accomplishing my goals. Like staying fit at 75 yrs. young!!

I love gyf. The vitamins and the meals arefabulous. Yes so are the workouts with Jeff and Deron. You start slow and low impact and work is up to sweat and results. I never thought I’d be down 38/40#’s at the age of 70 and I’ve been over 200 #s for 25/30 yrs. Today I’m 180 and my body has lots of muscle. I’m at a standstill but excited to lose more because I know I can do it. Give that family of yours a big hug for sharing you with all of us. You are a Godsend
