Having just completed season 1 I would like to say that it has been very enjoyable. I like the length of the session as and the up beat approach. I started because I have very poor balance and while not perfect it is definitely improving. Thank you for that. I have also noticed that my back, arms and thighs have firmed up. Looking forward to Season 2!

That was such a fun workout! I'm getting back into getting fit, after being deconditioned over the past few years with surgeries and so forth, and I'm so glad that I upgraded to the Founders Club, because this first workout makes me feel excited for my next one. Thanks very much.

I am extremely pleased with the program. I've completed several programs and am now on the advance training. I'm 76 with a plethera of medical issues and your program suits my needs perfectly. I use it every day except the two days I have water PT. I've improved my core strength, balance and overall strength and stamina. I'm still working on the weight loss. It's been more difficult even though I'm now using the meal replacement. Can't recommend highly enough.

This is a great exercise program! I've been doing this program for 3 years and i just love it! There is enough variety to keep me interested (I get bored). There has always been something I can do even with bad knees, one bad hip, arthritis and bursitis. This program has kept me moving! Thanks!
